What to expect
We start with the process, not a product presentation. We look at where information arrives too late, which manual work keeps returning and which decisions are still based on assumptions. Then we determine whether the first step should be Odoo configuration, data migration, process simplification or shop-floor connectivity.
The conversation is exploratory and does not commit you to a project. If a smaller solution, an existing supplier or internal process improvement should come first, we will say so. A good first conversation should primarily reduce uncertainty.

What information helps us respond well?
Mention the current system, the process where you are getting stuck and one concrete example. For a machine question, a photo of the data plate and a description of what you want to record are helpful. For a migration question, the number of companies, desired history and documents are important.
Also explain which decision you want to make with better information. This keeps the conversation focused on business value rather than immediately on isolated features or devices.
