Can your machine connect to Odoo?
Complete the form with an operator or maintenance employee. Your answers give us the practical context needed for an initial assessment of feasibility, value and a safe next step.
Online assessment
Complete the machine check directly
Answer the questions below together with an operator or maintenance employee. The answers give us enough context for an initial assessment. We define the technical solution during the technical survey, where the machine, available signals and practical conditions can be validated safely.
Practical use
Review the machine together with operations and maintenance
An operator knows which status is reliable in practice and which exceptions occur frequently. Maintenance knows which documentation, outputs and safe test options are available. Management or planning determines which decision should be better supported by data. The form brings those perspectives together.
You may upload a photo of the data plate, the outside of the control system or visible connections. Do not open any protective cover, modify wiring or share security codes and confidential diagrams. Safety, access and information exchange are agreed separately during a technical survey.
Next step
What happens after you send the form?
We receive a concise description of the business problem, equipment involved and practical conditions. This prevents an initial conversation from focusing only on cables or protocols. The main question remains what the connection should achieve for planning, quality, inventory, maintenance or cost.
The machine check helps us identify unsuitable approaches early and move promising situations to a technical survey more quickly. Technical feasibility is confirmed after the relevant signals and practical conditions have been validated.

Before you ask
Which machines are usually suitable
Age is rarely the deciding factor. What matters is whether a machine already exposes a signal that can be read safely: a pulse output, a serial or network connection, an existing control tag, or a display that reports counts. Older machines often qualify, and a machine that exposes nothing usually needs a sensor added rather than replacing.
Devices around the machine count too. Scales, barcode scanners, label printers and RFID readers are often the quickest route to useful data, because they sit exactly where a product changes state.
The check tells you which category your machine falls into before anyone estimates engineering. If a connection is not sensible, we say so.
