What we connect

A calm front end. A complete back office.

Not every employee needs all information. We configure roles and screens around the moment when someone needs to act.

Point of sale and tables

Orders by table, split bills, payments and a clear overview of occupancy.

Kitchen display

Preparation orders without loose tickets, with visibility of status and lead time per station.

Inventory and purchasing

Greater control over ingredients, packaging, suppliers, receipts and replenishment.

Multiple locations

Work with a shared foundation while retaining the correct point of sale, inventory and responsibilities for each location.

Reporting and margin

View revenue, products, time periods and costs in the same business context.

Hardware and integrations

Assess printers, screens, scanners and other local equipment as part of the flow.

Test the real restaurant process

Test the busiest ten minutes of the day

A restaurant solution proves itself during table changes, order changes and peak pressure. We therefore test more than a straightforward sale: a moved table, a split bill, a change after sending to the kitchen and a product that is temporarily unavailable.

This makes clear which steps can be handled as standard, where a working agreement is required and which hardware must respond reliably.

Practical assessment

Test your own restaurant flow

Bring a recognisable order and one difficult exception. We show how table service, kitchen preparation, payment, inventory and administration can work together in Odoo.

Budget

What a first restaurant phase costs

Restaurant projects rarely start with everything at once. A focused first phase usually covers the point of sale, kitchen tickets and the stock you genuinely track. At our published rate of €110 per hour that scope normally falls in the €3,300 to €6,600 band shown on the pricing page.

The next band, €7,700 to €15,400, applies when several processes have to work together: multiple locations, purchasing and supplier flows, delivery platforms, or a financial migration with opening balances. Hardware such as receipt printers, kitchen displays and scales is estimated separately, because the effort depends on the devices already in the building.

Odoo licences are not included in these amounts. They are paid to Odoo and depend on the plan and the number of users.
