Point of Sale
A clear checkout for products, customers, prices, discounts, payments and returns.
Connect sales, pricing, barcodes, inventory, purchasing and administration so the shop stays fast and the back office remains current.
One retail flow
Reliable store inventory begins before checkout and does not end after payment.
What we connect
The checkout employee must be able to work quickly. Inventory management and finance need reliable context at the same time.
A clear checkout for products, customers, prices, discounts, payments and returns.
Use scanners for fast product selection and configure barcode rules that fit your assortment.
Make receiving, store inventory, warehouse stock, shrinkage and internal movements more visible.
Use reordering rules and suggestions for products that fall below an agreed level.
Bring sales, inventory, purchasing and financial information together by product group or location.
Assess scales, label printers, scanners and local devices as part of the store process.
Real-life exceptions reveal the quality
Retail becomes more demanding with weighed products, price changes, damage, returns, temporarily empty shelves and inventory that exists in the system but is not at the correct location.
We therefore demonstrate a complete flow: receiving, scanning, sales, correction and replenishment. This shows which standard functions are sufficient and where a connection to local hardware adds value.
Bring a normal product, a weighed product and one inventory exception. We show how checkout, inventory, purchasing and local hardware can work together in Odoo.

Budget
A first phase in food retail usually covers checkout with barcodes, stock that moves with sales, and purchasing. At our published rate of €110 per hour that scope normally falls in the €3,300 to €6,600 band shown on the pricing page.
Several stores, a wider assortment with margin reporting, or a financial migration move a project into the €7,700 to €15,400 band. Weighing scales, label printers and other devices at the counter are engineered separately: what that costs depends on which interfaces the equipment already offers.
Odoo licences are not included in these amounts. They are paid to Odoo and depend on the plan and the number of users.
