Odoo prices without guesswork

See what your Odoo implementation might cost

Our standard rate for consultancy and implementation is €110 per hour excluding VAT. Use the calculator below for an indicative one-time implementation range. With a Fit-Gap analysis, we then create a clear scope and proposal from that range.

Short answer: an Odoo implementation at Linky Business typically costs €3,300 to €15,400 one-time for most SME projects, and starting from €15,400 for production or complex scope. All amounts are calculated at our fixed rate of €110 per hour excluding VAT, and are exclusive of Odoo licenses.

Know what you are paying for

Four cost categories, kept separate on purpose

A realistic Odoo budget is easier to understand when licenses, implementation work, customization, and recurring services are not mixed into one amount.

Recurring

Odoo licenses

Paid to Odoo. The price depends on the current Odoo plan and the number of users. Therefore, we refer to the official configurator instead of hard coding an amount that may become outdated.

Transparent rate

Implementation & consultancy

€110 / hour

Process analysis, configuration, migration, training, development, and technical consultancy are estimated based on the work required.

When needed

Customization & integrations

Studio work, custom modules, and external integrations require additional engineering and testing. We make that effort visible instead of hiding it in a package price.

Useful starting points

What different implementation sizes can look like

These are not packages or quotes. They translate our hourly rate of €110 into understandable project sizes before we know your exact processes.

30–60 hours

Targeted Odoo start

€3,300–€6,600

A clearly defined initial scope such as CRM and Sales, with limited migration, few exceptions, and a small user group.

140+ hours

Production or complex scope

Starting from €15,400

MRP, Quality, Shop Floor, multi-company, substantial customization, external integrations or machine connectivity can bring a project into this range.

Indicative one-time implementation costs per project size, at €110 per hour excluding VAT.
Project size Hours One-time indication Typical scope
Targeted Odoo start 30–60 hours €3,300–€6,600 CRM and Sales, limited migration, small user group
Integrated operation 70–140 hours €7,700–€15,400 Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Accounting or Projects, including migration and training
Production or complex scope 140+ hours Starting from €15,400 MRP, Quality, Shop Floor, multi-company, customization or machine connectivity

All amounts are excluding VAT, Odoo licenses, external vendor licenses and recurring Linky product subscriptions.

Select the scope that comes closest to your situation. The calculator converts the chosen work into an indicative hours range and multiplies that by our published rate of €110 per hour.

Why we show a range instead of one exact amount

For the Fit-Gap, we do not yet know every exception, data issue, or acceptance condition. A range is fairer than false precision. After the analysis, we can determine work packages and responsibilities much more accurately.

Where the budget really moves

Users count, but process complexity weighs heavier

Two companies with ten users can have completely different implementation costs. The biggest differences usually come from the number of processes that need to work together and how far those processes deviate from standard Odoo.

  • Clear processes, clean master data, and quick decisions keep the effort lower.
  • Multiple companies, approval layers, exceptions, and historical migration increase analysis and testing work.
  • Custom modules and external integrations require design, development, test cases, and attention during future upgrades.
  • Production and shop floor projects become broader when planning, quality, traceability, and physical devices are in the same flow.
Our pricing principle

The rate is fixed; the required effort changes

We do not artificially make a simple Odoo configuration expensive because a customer is larger. We estimate the hours needed for the agreed result and charge those hours at €110 excluding VAT.

Required effort × €110/hour = Service budget

A Fit-Gap analysis reduces uncertainty by separating standard Odoo, configuration, customization, migration, and external dependencies before the project starts.

Odoo + the physical workplace

Machine connectivity has two different types of costs

By keeping technical engineering separate from the recurring gateway subscription, the model remains understandable and a complex machine does not silently change the subscription price.

One-time

Technical assessment & engineering

We assess the machine or device interface, signals, validation, and required Odoo flow. When machine connectivity is selected in the calculator, we include this one-time engineering as an indicative range.

Recurring

Linky Gateway subscription

The gateway subscription is separate from implementation work. The current subscription price is listed in the webshop, so this page does not show an outdated product amount.

Expand where necessary

Extra machines and nodes

Expansion depends on whether machines can reuse an existing technical pattern or require a new interface and validation method. Reusable connections are usually faster than a completely new machine type.

Compare quotes fairly

Check the scope, not just the final amount

A low implementation price is only useful when the necessary work is truly included. Our proposal clarifies what Linky Business does, what your team needs to provide, and which external costs remain separate.

Usually part of implementation work

  • Process analysis and solution choices
  • Odoo configuration and agreed customization
  • Testing and support during acceptance
  • Migration work that is chosen in the project scope
  • Training that is agreed upon for the rollout
  • Go-live preparation and agreed guidance

Usually budgeted separately

  • Odoo licenses and Odoo platform costs
  • Third-party software licenses or costs from external suppliers
  • Subscriptions for Linky Gateway and nodes
  • Machines, scanners, printers, and other customer equipment
  • Network installation, cabling, and construction work
  • Internal time of process owners, testers, and administrators

Frequently asked questions

Answers about Odoo implementation costs

No. It is a preliminary budget indication based on the chosen scope and our hourly rate of €110. A proposal will follow after we understand processes, data, responsibilities, and exceptions.

Because the work is not only determined by Odoo. Migration quality, process exceptions, integrations, training, and customization can significantly change the required effort. We prefer a transparent range before analysis rather than an attractive fixed amount with unclear assumptions.

No. Odoo licenses and platform costs are calculated separately. We refer to the official Odoo prices because those prices and terms may change independently of Linky Business.

You can include an indicative amount for one-time machine or device engineering in the calculator. The recurring Linky Gateway subscription and product prices remain separate and are listed in the webshop.

Yes. A targeted initial phase can reduce risk and make adoption easier. We can start with the processes that provide the most value and later expand within the same Odoo environment.

We separate standard Odoo, configuration, migration, customization, integrations, and customer responsibilities. This provides a much more accurate scope, effort estimation, and basis for the proposal.
